Inter Circuit Monitoring Service is Down
isofy's third-party provider for internet circuit monitoring is currently down. We have opened a support ticket with them and they have advised they are urgently working on the situation.
Update 2026-03-17 11:56 EDT: isofy has released a dashboard hot fix so internet circuits do not show as "Offline" when the service is not available - they will now show as "Unavailable".
Update 2026-03-17 13:14 EDT: third-party monitoring service is confirmed restored, isofy dashboard is now showing current monitor status.
